External Mural 15 m x 2.5 m - Reception playground – Workshops Reception.

Through a series of creative workshops with the reception classes at Millfields community school, this relief mural was created. Each childs drawing was scaled up and cut out in ply which made each individual element to this piece. This incorporated seeds, rain drops, flowers, butterflies, insects and the sun.  Each child was then able to decorate their individual piece with exciting materials, paint glitter, organic material and mixed media.

Each element was weather proofed then assembled to created a cheerful playground feature empowering the children in their play space.
